Renter Referral
A participating property owner, employer, housing organization, or community partner refers a renter to UPLIFT.

Program Enrollment
The renter completes an initial intake and identifies homeownership goals.

UPLIFT reviews budgeting, savings, debt, credit factors, income stability, and readiness barriers.
